To make US visa system fairer? Why only Indians come and say thank you — A sign of unfairness? Also, how many India-borned MIT PhDs are there? Please consider a larger amount of international student population, and please find the root cause why there are so many Indians waiting there (hint keywords: H1B, abuse, …)

This's a racist bill and has nothing to do with Fairness.

Very Grateful to your outstanding effort for the fairness in giving green cards. As some say, it should not be viewed as a favor to any country. It is about doing the right thing – first come first served. Imagine how people will feel if Starbucks said that you will need to wait for 1 hour to get your coffee just because you belong to X country and all the people coming within that hour our enjoying the drinks!!! Someone who is in shoes of people waiting for decades can definitely understand this but I sincerely hope others would understand it too!
