    It's very much that bank employees gets well paid as per the work pressure seen in the banks. Almost all government schemes get implement via bank. So this creates additional burden on bank employee. So , taking all into consideration they should be given good salary. Nowadays every one is hating bank jobs so by paying good at least the intensity of hating bank job will reduce. Also , bank employee deserves sat Sunday holiday
